With its extensive footprint in Africa and the Middle East, MTN’s Global Graduate Development Programme aims to identify, nurture, and accelerate excellent graduates from all of these regions. The programme provides a special opportunity that expedites the advancement of gifted individuals into key positions at MTN. The MTN Graduate Development Programme combines on-the-job training through full employment and placement in a strategically aligned function with formal training through the MTN Academy. Modules from MTN’s three regional learning centres, which are situated in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa, are a part of the formal component.
These will include hybrid learning opportunities including connected social media platforms, numerous digital and media channels, and immersive metaphoric experiences. When graduates work locally for MTN’s operational firms, they will receive on-the-job training as well as job rotation. In-role experience, various contacts with the executive committees, mentorship, and coaching will all be a part of this. The MTN Graduate Development Programme provides top graduates with individualised training and valuable work experience at a company that has shaped and is still shaping this continent.
