McKinsey is thrilled to announce the introduction of its Forward Virtual Learning Program, which provides a one-of-a-kind and transformative experience for young professionals across sectors and job functions. Applications for the McKinsey & Company Forward Learning Program 2023 are being accepted through June 20, 2023. Candidates that are interested in participating are encouraged to apply.
The curriculum is designed to prepare young professionals for the future workplace by teaching them problem-solving, digital and analytical abilities, as well as social and emotional intelligence.
Forward’s three-level, virtual learning program offers access to McKinsey’s cutting-edge content and a community of peers while ensuring to equip you with practical skills and tools to apply throughout your career. Forward is launching in Africa, with plans to expand to other countries.

Eligibility:
Applicants for the McKinsey & Company Forward Virtual Learning Program 2021 are to meet the following criteria:
- Be a university graduate
- Have no more than five years of formal work experience (not including internships).
- Be currently employed in a private small/medium company, not for profit organization, non-governmental organization or be self-employed.
- Have a good command of the English language
