IHS Towers offers services throughout the whole tower value chain, including deployment, managed services, and colocation on owned towers, with an emphasis on growing countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East & North Africa, and Latin America.
TSAP is a rigorous 5-month program for recent engineering graduates who want to further their careers in Nigeria’s largest independent tower firm. The program’s objective is to provide participants with the know-how, expertise, and capabilities needed to establish, manage, and effectively run our network of locations throughout Nigeria. Through intensive classroom instruction led by our In-House Faculty, extensive online training, and other opportunities, program participants will be able to accelerate their personal and professional development.

Application:
- At the minimum, you will possess a Second- Class Lower Bachelor’s degree or an Upper Credit in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Physics (with Electronics concentration), Telecommunications Engineering.
- You must have completed or been exempted from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Not more than 3 years of work experience (including NYSC)
- You will be required to demonstrate your ability to build and grow your Engineering career through solid verbal, numeric, critical reasoning, and logical thinking skills.
