Responsibilities:

  • Uploading Learning paths and Process Knowledge Tests on iLearn with 100% Accuracy and within TAT (3 business days)
  • Training Assignments and tracking – Certification tracking, pulling out reports, Creating events, sessions, and curriculums on the tool. Attaching feedback to surveys, rolling out surveys, reporting the survey results. Reporting New Hire status, tracking progress on iLearn.
  • Addressing queries related to LP/PKT uploads.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications

  • Graduation from a recognized university
  • Excellent communication skills – spoken as well as written English
  • Working knowledge of Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Sumifs, Countifs, Conditional Formatting, Filter, Macro, Advanced Excel, MIS Reports, Power Point)
  • Strong Customer handling skills
  • Experience in BPO customer interaction environment
  • Exposure to a Learning Management tool
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint & Word

Preferred qualifications

  • Good customer orientation, works with minimal supervision, demonstrates strong organizational skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Email Etiquette
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently.
