The Gasworks Residency Program for 2024 is now accepting applications. A Zimbabwean or South African early-career artist is invited to apply for this program. The fully financed eleven-week residence is scheduled to take place at Gasworks in London from September 30, 2024, to December 16, 2024.
The residency program encourages artistic innovation, cultural interchange, and professional growth. Every year, we welcome artists from all around the globe to London with up to sixteen residencies. The goal of each self-led, non-prescriptive, process-based residency is to provide artists the opportunity to explore and create new work, interact with the city, and expand their networks.
The Artworkers Retirement Society is providing funding for this program.
