BIC Africa Acceleration Programme for Women Entrepreneurs 2023

The third version of the BIC Africa Speed increase Program for Lady Business visionaries is presently open for applications, which will uphold 15 ladies business visionaries from Angola, Comoros, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Somalia, and 5 others from other African nations ready to scale their organizations while adding to accomplishing the UN Feasible Improvement Objectives (SDGs).

BIC Africa is searching for ladies business people tending to at least one Feasible Improvement Objectives (SDGs) and who will investigate developing their imaginative arrangements with the backing of the BIC Africa Speed increase Program.

BIC Africa is a local organization that expects to help chosen business hatcheries (BIs) in Africa to succeed and ignite a wide effect on society. BIC Africa assists BIs benefit from the trades and participation with different drives, works on the association among European and African advancement center points to foster global coordinated effort, investigates business open doors with European organizations, and guarantees the quality norms are regarded in undeniably upheld incubators.

  • 6 live training modules (each lasting 1.5 hours).
  • 4 group coaching sessions (each lasting 1.5 hours).
  • Networking sessions (that will be organized back-to-back with the training and/or coaching sessions).

 Eligibility:

  • Must be a woman (minimum age of 18 years old) founder or owner of an already existing business with strong development potential, or an entrepreneur working on a project idea aimed to create a business with high growth potential.
  • Aligned with at least one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality and spur economic growth.
  • Must be available between May and September 2023 to participate in the Programme with a maximum of 2 hours per week for online sessions + time to work individually and reflect upon the learnings.
  • Already running a start-up /project and seeking to scale up.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to participating in all the activities of the Acceleration Programme and assisting in future developments of the programme.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection.
  • Have a good working knowledge of the English language
