The Namibia Media NXT Podcast Bootcamp and Fellowship 2024

From July 15–19, 2024, in Windhoek, Namibia, the third cohort of the NXT Podcast Bootcamp and Fellowship will be held at the NXT Journalism Hub of the Namibia Media Trust.

NMT extends an invitation to enthusiastic people from Namibia and around Southern Africa to embark with us on a life-changing adventure. The program offers more than just a class; it’s a special chance to network with other like-minded podcasters, improve your abilities, and add to the expanding podcasting scene in our area.

Eligibility:

• You must be at least 21 years old and have a passport (if from outside Namibia) and be able to travel to Windhoek
• You must be based in Botswana, Eswantini, Lesotho, Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe
• You must commit to ethical journalism and its guidelines (such as the Code of Ethics of the Editor’s Forum of Namibia or the core principles of the Ethical Journalism Network.
