The successful candidate shall provide technical support regarding customer related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring technical customer issues are resolved.
- Test and configure equipment’s such as modems, routers etc.
- Adherence to Health and safety regulations of the Organization and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Update network/ Data records on completion of job and ensure feedback is given to support team at close of work on daily basis.
- Ensure systems provided are employed to effective use.
- Required Skills or Experience
Experience:
- Minimum of Degree/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry.
- CCNA is an added advantage.
