The 2024 One Young World Summit Leading Africa Scholarships are now accepting applications. Are you an African young leader? With the flagship Scholarship, you might go to the One Young World Summit 2024 in Montréal, Tiohtiáke, from September 18–21.
Every year, the One Young World Summit brings together 2,000 young leaders from more than 190 nations to brainstorm solutions for the major problems facing the globe. Leaders in politics, business, and charity like Mary Robinson, Paul Polman, and Justin Trudeau inspire them, and they establish connections and exchange knowledge.
After serving as One Young World Ambassadors for their home towns and organizations, delegates get access to a worldwide network of over 15,500 young leaders who can help them accelerate ongoing social impact projects or launch new ones.
One Young World strives to identify the most impactful young leaders from every country in the world. Scholarships provide the opportunity for exceptional young people to attend on the merit of their proven leadership and ability to create change in their home country. Leading Africa is an initiative designed to ensure that outstanding young people from Africa are represented at One Young World Summits.
Young leaders across Africa are devising meaningful strategies to build a more sustainable region. Are you one of those leaders? If so, One Young World is looking to bring you to our next annual Summit.
