Applications for the Nedbank Quants Graduate Program of 2025 are now being accepted.Over the course of a two-year graduate program, the Nedbank Quants Graduate Programme provides outstanding exposure to quantitative and capital risk management through possibilities for bank-wide rotation.
The program creates an atmosphere where you can succeed by providing you with coaching and guidance.
Eligibility:
To be eligible to apply you need to be enrolled for a postgraduate qualification in mathematics, statistics, applied mathematics or any other quantitative degree.
NedBank Quants Exploration Programme
The purpose of this program is to introduce final year undergraduates of mathematics, statistics, applied mathematics, engineering or any other quantitative degree, or students looking to pursue a full-time honors or Masters degree in any of the mentioned fields, to add to the culture, values and brand of the Nedbank Group.
As a final year undergraduate or post-graduate student (looking to pursue a master’s degree in the following year), by attending our annual Quants Exploration Program, you will:
- Gain insight into the role of a quants professional at a bank;
- Experience Nedbank’s purpose-led and people-driven culture, purpose and brand;
- Meet and network with seasoned quant professionals, executives and current graduates;
- Gain insightful professional, leadership and interview skills, as well as improve your personal branding; and
- Be challenged by a wide range of relevant financial services quantitative and risk-related activities.
