
The Tomorrow’s Leaders Program, sponsored by the Department of State’s U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), provides undergraduate and graduate scholarships to talented students from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
The scholarship program seeks to assist individuals from socioeconomically disadvantaged homes who have strong leadership potential but lack the financial resources to pursue an American-style education.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship 2024, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate applicants must be current high school senior or 2022-2023 graduate.
- Undergraduate applicants who are current high school seniors must maintain their high academic achievement and pass their leaving exam.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English. Minimum TOEFL iBT score of 80 (received within two years of application date).
- Graduate applicants must provide evidence of academic English proficiency as required by the relevant graduate program.
- Graduate applicants must commit to completing their master’s degree within two academic years
- Demonstrate financial need. Applicants should be underrepresented or economically deserving students and provide supporting financial documentation.
- Ability to travel and start their undergraduate program in August/September of 2024.
- Demonstrate strong academic credentials.
- Maturity, adaptability, and leadership potential. Graduate Program Evidence of academic English proficiency as required by the relevant graduate program. Commit to completing their master’s degree within two academic years. Demonstrate financial need. Applicants should be underrepresented or economically deserving students and provide supporting financial documentation. Ability to travel and start their undergraduate program in August/September of 2023. Strong academic credentials. Maturity, adaptability, and leadership potential.
