Located in Rivers State, Nigeria, First Independent electricity Limited (FIPL) is a privately held firm engaged in the electricity generation industry. It is a subsidiary of Sahara Power Group. Our goal is to be the go-to supplier of energy wherever it is used. Our goal is to become the most substantial and reliable power production firm in the South-South part of the nation, while also making a substantial contribution to Nigeria’s electrical system.

The Entry Level Engineering Program of FIPL is focused on recruiting young engineers who are fresh out of the university between the ages of 21 and 27 for our organisation.
Eligibility:
- Engineering Degree (Bachelor’s or HND) with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Division/ Upper Credit
- Maximum of 2-year Post-NYSC experience.
- Maximum age- 27 years old by December 2024.
- Applicant must have completed NYSC.

- Familiarity with CAD packages and Engineering Software i.e. MATLAB
