EduSpots Youth Ambassador Programme 2024

Deadline: 26th of January, 2024

In underprivileged areas in Ghana and Kenya, EduSpots provides 300 local “Catalysts” with the tools they need to spark over 10,000 learners through 50 creative libraries known as “Spots.” We feel that our methodology may be used in situations all throughout the world, and we were finalists for Their World Education Innovation Prize in 2023.

In addition to other areas related to your skills, this program will include leading educational resource collections for our current Spots, promoting our free online courses, organizing fundraising events, and giving talks on EduSpots’ work to your classmates. All of these activities are part of a structured curriculum designed to develop your skills. Your efforts will soon be felt by our Spot communities; nevertheless, keep in mind that this is not a chance for you to create a new Spot or volunteering in our Spots.

This opportunity will enable you to make a direct impact on educational equity and it is perfect work experience to strengthen your CV, gain experience of the charity and education sectors and work alongside committed youth ambassadors from across the world.

Eligibility:

  • We are looking for dynamic and passionate university and wider youth ambassador students who are keen to act as voluntary Ambassadors for EduSpots for a six-month period, with an expectation of 2-3 hours a week of commitment.
