Climate Change Art Competition 2024

Art of Health Zimbabwe’s Climate Change program strives to promote awareness about how climate change affects our lives, livelihoods, and future. The initiative encourages young people to learn about how the environment is changing so that they can plan for the future.The initiative invites young people to submit art, design, and photography submissions based on the topic “The Ideal Urban Future”. The tournament is available to those aged 13 to 35.The winners will be revealed on February 15, 2024.The first reward is £500, the second is £300, and the third is £200.The best entries will be presented to international audiences during the Conference of Youth (COY16) in Glasgow,  Scotland, in October 2024.

The program is a unique opportunity for young people to showcase their creativity and contribute to the global conversation on climate change. By participating in the competition, young people can learn about the impact of climate change on their communities and the world. The program aims to inspire young people to take action and make a difference in their communities.

The competition is open to all young people aged between 13 and 35 years, regardless of their background or experience. Participants can submit their entries in the form of art, design, or photography. The entries should reflect the theme of “The Ideal Urban Future” and should be original and creative. The program encourages participants to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas that can help create a sustainable future.

The winners of the competition will receive cash prizes respectively. The winning entries will be presented to global audiences at the Conference of Youth (COY16) in Glasgow, Scotland, in October 2024.
