For entry-level to mid-level professionals, the Carrington Fellowship program is a one-year professional development program centered in the community. Fellows expand their networks, get mentoring, and acquire fundamental leadership, communication, and program management skills. This year, in an effort to reach a larger audience and make a bigger effect, they are welcoming enthusiastic youth from all 36 states in Nigeria.
Eligibility:
- Are between the ages of 18 and 30 on or before the application deadline.
- Are Nigerians who live in any of the 36 States.
- Are proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Are not alumni of the Carrington Fellowship.
- Are available to participate in the one-year-long program both virtual and physical boot camp.
