ARM Young Talent (Internship) Program

Deadline: 13th of March, 2023

The ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP) is created to give exceptional university students the chance to start their careers at ARM by exposing them to important tasks that offer chances to obtain practical experience.

Our method of choice for influencing the emergence of talent in our setting. The AYTP provides our interns with beneficial learning opportunities through hands-on job experience prior to entering the workforce or moving further in their careers.

By supporting the establishment and provision of potential job prospects for interns following receiving their university degree and completing their internship programme with the company, the AYTP enables ARM to address some of the problems associated with capacity building. Together with working with the greatest professionals in the field, our interns receive thorough training in a supportive atmosphere and are exposed to real-world business projects, transactions, and corporate activities.

Our interns must also submit a report and present on a project subject at the program’s conclusion in order for us to judge their appropriateness. The AYTP offers interns the chance to develop interpersonal skills in addition to technical expertise and training. networking with other interns, current employees and clients.

This is a great chance to get your career started at a leading investment management firm and gain some valuable work experience. Successful participation in our programs could invariably lead to full-time professional employment with the firm or an exclusive scholarship offer to study for a Post-graduate degree under our “Robert Akinjewe Scholarship Fund” Career Fulfilment.
