For the 2024 AgriTech4Egypt Innovation Challenge, applications are now being accepted.The CGIAR Accelerate for Impact Platform (A4IP) powers the AgriTech4Egypt Innovation Challenge, which is jointly coordinated by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) of Egypt, The Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT, Icarda, IWMI, and IFPRI, and CGIAR Centers. The Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture (SFSA), Alex Bank,PRIMA, Climate Resilient Africa Fund (CRAF), CGIAR Initiatives and units operating in the MENA area, and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Egypt (MOHESR) encourage and support this initiative.
Eligibility:
- The AgriTech4Egypt Innovation Challenge is a program designed specifically for early-stage agri-tech ventures in Egypt.
- At this stage, you must have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or Proof of Concept (POC).
- This program will support and prepare you to build a solid go-to-market strategy through technical validation and access to the market.
