
Sewa Fellowship is a deliberate investment in human development and grassroots groups to address India’s complex socioeconomic-cultural mix. We believe in the strength and potential of youth to spark ideas, lead movements, foster organizations, and seek truth and justice in order to together build a better India.
The fellowship, which lasts 100 weeks, provides young, brilliant minds with information, skills, and a service attitude. The curriculum, with intensive mentor assistance, links the demands of grassroots development with a vision for the future.

Positive Support: Direct Stipend of ₹20,000 per month, along with mentorship and immersive learning.

Grant Support: All fellows will get a grant amount of around ₹1.75 Lakhs at the successful completion of the fellowship.

Eligibility:
- Indicative Age: 21-30 years
- Must have some volunteer experience with the community, with a minimum 1 year of equivalent work experience
