For jobless graduates, the RMB Youth Development Programme offers a 12-month contract to participate in the RMB FirstJob work experience internship. The internship position is a developmental job where the employee meets predetermined goals and obtains organized work experience in a company setting.
Throughout the internship, the intern will work on a variety of projects that will benefit the business, such as research, analysis, administration, process, and project work.
Work related training will be provided as required

Eligibility:
- A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering Data Analytics or related
- Must have no or limited formal work experience (i.e., less than 12 months)
