They are seeking for aspiring “Product Success Interns” that are interested in delving into user interactions, understanding their requirements, and ensuring that their product connects with them.

You’ll regularly wonder, “How does this benefit the users?” and “What can they improve further?” The ethos prioritizes comprehension over preconceptions.

As a Product Success Intern, your journey will involve diving headfirst into user feedback, unearthing patterns and tendencies, and collaborating to refine our product offerings. Your insights will be the beacon guiding the ship, ensuring we’re always aligned with our user’s needs.

This internship experience promises a comprehensive immersion into the world of user-centric product development. From engaging with users to leveraging the gathered data for product evolution, every day will be a new learning.

Eligibility:

  • Have a phone conversation with someone on our recruiting team. This will be a high-level discussion about you and a great chance for you to learn more about us.

  • Meet our Product team based on your challenge performance to discuss your journey and whether our paths align.

Responsibilities:

  • User Engagement & Feedback Collection: Engage with the Superr Insider Program participants to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback about their experience.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior and feedback data to identify trends, pain points, and areas of improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Managers and Designers to convey user feedback and participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate potential feature enhancements or changes.
  • Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive database of user feedback, product iterations, and any anomalies found during the beta phase.
  • User Support: Serve as a point of contact for the beta users, addressing any queries, concerns, or technical issues they may face.
  • Product Education: Educate beta users about any new features or changes, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Iterative Testing: Assist in iterative testing of new features or modifications made based on feedback.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on user feedback, satisfaction levels, and product performance to the senior product team.
