The Polaris Bank Graduate Trainee Program is intended to identify, develop, and construct a pipeline of Next Generation executives and bankers who will be taught to help the bank achieve its ambition of being Africa’s best bank.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for Polaris Graduate Intensive Trainee Programme, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:
- Applicants must have Minimum of B.Sc (2nd Class) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
- Applicants must have completed NYSC and awarded a discharge certificate.
- Possess Five (5) ‘Level Credits that include English and Mathematics at not more than 1 sitting; WAEC or NECO Certificate is required.
- Age not more than 25 years old by December 31, 2023. (National Population Birth Certificate require Declaration of Age is not acceptable).
