MTN Global Graduate Development Programme 2024

MTN’s Global Graduate Development Programme aims to identify, develop, and accelerate exceptional graduates from throughout the company’s operations in Africa and the Middle East. The program provides a unique opportunity for outstanding individuals to advance into crucial roles within MTN. The MTN Graduate Development Programme combines formal training through the MTN Academy with on-the-job training through full-time employment and placement in a strategically aligned function. The formal component includes modules delivered in MTN’s three regional learning centers in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.

These will include blended learning experiences such as metaphoric immersive encounters, numerous digital and media channels, and social media platform integration. On-the-job training will be provided locally, where graduates will be hired in MTN’s operational companies, as well as through work rotation. This will include in-role experience, varied interactions with the executive committees, mentoring, and coaching. The MTN Graduate Development Programme offers top graduates a bespoke development and significant employment experience in a company that has and continues to shape this continent.

  • Must have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit no earlier than 2021.
  • Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in September 2023 with a valid certificate
  • Must be fluent in English Language
  • Must have a valid international passport
