kLab Startups Academy 2022/2023 for IT Entrepreneurs in Rwanda

Applications are open for the kLab Startups Academy 2022/2023 for Entrepreneurs in Rwanda. In Rwanda, most of the innovations in technology, start-ups, or even ideas, supporting projects and initiatives are concentrated in the capital city of Kigali and there is little knowledge about IT knowledge outside the capital.
In order to raise awareness, pique the curiosity of young people, and discover potential future IT talent and entrepreneurs across the entire nation who may be further assisted, kLab launched the initiative. In four months starting in November, the project will be carried out in three stages:

  • One month online
  • One month intensive training
  • Three months project based training

Eligibility:

Innovators

  • Have a business idea/project in Software;
  • Have a design of your business idea/project as a mockup of your software project (ie. web or
    app design);
  • Be a university students, fresh graduate or high school graduate;
  • Have a Laptop;
  • Be committed;
  • Currently residing in Rwanda.

IT Talents:

  • Have worked on one or more IT project which can be shown via pictures or URL link;
  • Be a university student, fresh graduate or high school graduate;
  • Having a Laptop;
  • Having relevant documents (i.e. certificates) supporting the talent is an added value;
  • Being committed;
  • Currently residing in Rwanda.

Application:

The application deadline is November 18, 2022. Late applications will not be considered.
