The KAUST Visiting Student Research Program (VSRP) is a one-of-a-kind initiative that allows students to perform cutting-edge research at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Talented students can do research across several fields and programs through this historic internship.
Driven students with voracious curiosity and good academic performance can receive unmatched opportunity to explore their research ideas under the direction and assistance of KAUST faculty mentors through VSRP research projects that cover the spectrum of the scientific and engineering areas. Prepare to share your thoughts to a global research community!
Depending on the nature of study, the program might last anywhere from three to six months. This will be determined on an individual basis.

Eligibility:
- Open to undergraduate students in 3rd year or above and Masters Students.
- Current PhD candidates, KAUST students or KAUST alumni are ineligible to apply
- GPA 3.5/4 or 14/20 (ECTS B)
- Strong verbal and written English Skills. Recommended levels, minimum TOEFL score of 79 on the IBT (Internet Based Test) or 6.5 on the IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
