IT Lead at Correlation One

You will manage all technologies utilized by Correlation One in your capacity as IT Lead. You will create and improve the procedures required to safeguard the assets and data of our organization while meeting the demands of our expanding workforce across an increasing number of external tools and systems.

In order to advance our primary business goals, this will entail sustaining consistent operations, creating and documenting guidelines and best practices, deploying/enhancing/granting/revoking access, researching capabilities, consulting on issues regarding permission scoping and administrative ownership, assessing and reporting on cost and security risk, developing a larger strategy, and putting it into action.

You will be concentrated on developing and adhering to best practices, such as the principle of the least required access, while automating and systematizing employee onboarding, offboarding, request management, access control, vendor approval/setup/cleanup/removal, and a host of other team workflows.

Since the scope of this position is broad, you will need to be able to plan and prioritize according to what will have the greatest leverage and influence. As we scale, you’ll need to be able to manage your own team in addition to working as an IC. You will need to cultivate strong bonds with all of the organization’s other leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and implementation of processes for all of C1’s IT systems.
  • Established efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT
    infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business
    operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss
  • Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operation costs, productivity levels,
    upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
  • Manage IT spend/budget across all IT systems and create related reports & dashboards for other
    stakeholders
  • Oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
  • Facilitate IT security audits and investigations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is
    required. Master’s Degree preferred
  • 7-12 years of IT experience; combination of education and professional work experience
    considered
  • Considerable experience troubleshooting technology issues and resolving quickly and
    satisfactorily
  • Experience developing an IT strategy/roadmap, defining system requirements with input from key
    stakeholders and implementing enterprise-wide technology systems
  • Expertise with business productivity software including google workspace, adobe, microsoft,
    slack, jira, github, 1password, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, spoken, and presentation, with the ability to
    present complex technical information in a clear, concise manner to a diverse audience
  • Exceptional willingness to troubleshoot issues and fill gaps to accomplish business objectives
  • Proven ability to manage a team and hire team members
  • Proficiency in computer hardware and software usage including billing software, all MS Office
    applications, email, scheduling software, online conferencing, and more
  • Prior experience with implementing data analytics structures and systems (rules, business logic,
    data acquisition, centralized data storage from multiple sources, data collection and integration,
    etc.)
  • Experience supporting and evangelizing technology initiatives and change management impact
    on people
  • Ability to develop, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics, as well as assist with
    developing and managing an IT budget
