Imperial College London Shawki Saad PhD Scholarships 2023/2024

Deadline: 26th of May, 2023

A new scholarship program has been started by Imperial College London to aid PhD candidates from sub-Saharan Africa.

The scholarship is funded by an endowed donation from the late Professor Shawki Saad, a Professor of Civil Engineering at Khartoum University in Sudan. It will be available to students joining the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Four students will be supported by the program, which will pay for their tuition in full as well as their stipend and travel expenses. The new scholarship program expands on an earlier one for Sudanese students.
