The 12-month HS Technical Internship Program is designed for recent engineering graduates who want to advance their careers in Nigeria’s largest independent tower firm.
The program’s objective is to provide participants with the know-how, expertise, and capabilities needed to establish, manage, and effectively run our network of locations throughout Nigeria.
Through rigorous classroom instruction led by our In-House Faculty, substantial online learning on our IHS Academy platform, and on-the-job training with Engineering leaders, managers, and teams, program participants will be able to accelerate their personal and professional growth.

- Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Physics (with Electronics concentration), Telecommunications Engineering or related disciplines
- Must have completed OND
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Based in Lagos and Abuja
