The Huduma Fellowship is the ideal chance for you to make a meaningful contribution to your nation, develop basic principles like service and honesty, and develop your own leadership style.

During the last two years, 30 up-and-coming leaders in Uganda’s civic and public service sector have received thought leadership training via the Huduma Fellowship, a program of the LéO Africa Institute and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. 15 exceptional champions who are now employed in the area or who desire to do so are accepted into the program for a two-year training in the principles and practices of public service.

Fellows have the chance to hone their leadership and analytical abilities through these various methods.
