Applications are now being accepted for the HEC Scholarships 2023 For Masters and PhD. The title of this scholarship program is 75 National Top Talent Scholarships for Pakistani Students. Scholarships are available to Pakistani students studying Master’s and Doctoral Degree Programs through the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
There are several fields and subject areas where scholarships are offered. Pakistani people have the best opportunity to enroll in one of the top 25 universities in the world. Students can study abroad with the aid of this scholarship in the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, China, Switzerland, Japan, and Hong Kong.mFor master’s and doctoral degrees, scholarships are available. Four years are spent on the degree program.
Eligibility:
- Applicants from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply for the HEC scholarship
- Both Males/Females are eligible
- Applicant must not be the receiver of any other scholarship program
- The scholarships are for Master’s & Ph.D. programs
- Applicants with a minimum of one-second division through their entire academic career can apply
- For Ph.D. Ms/ME/Mphil or equivalent 18 years of education
- For Masters BE/BS or Masters equivalent to 16 years of education
Required CGPA:
- First division in the Annual system
- 4.0 Cgpa out of 5
- 3.0 CGPA out of 4
Age Required:
- Applicant’s age should not be more than 35 years
- Five years of age relaxation, For Faculty members

- Candidates need to apply at the HEC Offical Portal
- After completing the program, the applicants should return to their home countries
- HEC requires selected applicants to sign a three-year contract
