DTU Student Assistantship Programme

You will be part of a team of ‘fixers’, where you take the lead on solving the tasks and, as a team make sure to deliver on what was agreed.

Job Role

    • Administration and reporting – You will be supporting our day-to-day administration, transforming evaluations to knowledge and communicating and visualizing the knowledge for reporting internally and to our partners.
    • Communications – We want to make it easy for our partners to talk about our programmes by providing great content through our LinkedIn profiles, and material for DTU and our partner’s social media platforms.
    • Events – from invitation to evaluation you will be part of running smoothly executed events for both MSc and Executive students and partners.

Requirement

  • In the process of a higher education at late BSc (BEng) or early MSc Level.
  • The skills and experience we are looking for to fill the team are within:
  • Processing and visualization of data
  • DTU administrative systems
  • MS Dynamics, or other CRM systems
  • Graphic design and photo editing (InDesign, Photo Shop)
  • Social Media, primarily LinkedIn
  • Photography and/or videography
  • Copy Writing
  • Events – planning, execution and evaluation and, event management systems like Conference Manager
  • AV-systems (tech-savvy)
  • Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and more

NOTE: If you have skills you think can strengthen the team and you have the mindset, the team would like to hear from you. They are actively looking for a diverse team with both different skill sets, educational backgrounds, cultural backgrounds etc.

Salary and appointment terms

  • The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State)
  • Working hours are on average 8 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is 1 August 2022 (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student.
  • The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus. The job requires physical presence.
