Davidson’s Charles Scholarship 2024

Deadline: 15th of November, 2023

As a small institution, Davidson College is fortunate to draw a brilliant and diverse application pool each year, from which they choose the approximately 530 students who will be part of their incoming class. They are thrilled to be able to provide a small number of scholarship awards to about 4% of an entering class thanks to the kindness of their alumni and supporters. Prior to the announcement of Regular Decision admission choices, all scholarship recipients and alternates are contacted when the scholarship selection process is finished in March.

All Davidson scholarships are renewable for the participant’s remaining three years at Davidson, providing they maintain a certain grade point average, make satisfactory progress toward degree requirements, and actively engage in campus life.

Competition Scholarships:

Competition Scholarships are some of their most important and generous awards. These annual renewable scholarships are offered to those who have demonstrated extraordinary potential and ability to contribute to their vigorous living and learning community.

Candidates are identified by The Davidson Admission Committee. Selection is based on a number of factors that Davidson values in its holistic review of students, including (but not limited to) the strength of their application, talents, experiences, leadership, service, etc.
