    • Help implement processes to ensure everyone in the team is adhering.
    • Gather data from our CRM system on a daily /weekly basis and ensure good hygiene is followed by everyone on the team.
    • Follow up with and report to relevant stakeholders as guided.
    • Available between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    • Conduct desk research (e.g. internet search and compilation, review of research reports)
    • Assist with any current activities.
