Cascador is a ground-breaking programme for mid-stage entrepreneurs in Africa who are scaling mission-driven

They combine one in-person power week in Lagos with six months of mentoring to give your business a major boost. They want you to graduate from the Cascador programme as a powerful, transformative leader with a strategic plan for growth and the contacts, assets, and funding needed to carry it out.

Fellows are committed to enhancing their leadership abilities, sharpening their value offering, and speeding business growth under the direction of accomplished American and Nigerian businesspeople. Through a special combination of education, self-discovery, mentoring, pitch training, and individualised advisory support, Cascador, which debuted in 2019, has elevated three successful cohorts of African entrepreneurs and their businesses.

Eligibility

  • Open to African entrepreneurs;
  • Be at least 1 year in business;
  • $50K USD annual revenue or >$250K USD capital raised.

Application

The venue for the programme is Lagos Business School (housing and meals are provided). Each cohort size is limited to 10 entrepreneurs.
